RedStone, aka jade, is well known for a ubiquitous saying - people polish jades, and vice versa – which happens to depict the symbiosis relationship between RedStone and RedStoners. It is the smart, firm, and driven RedStoners whom keep the company gaining momentum, while RedStone provides all of us an open and innovative platform to achieve better versions of ourselves. Here no one will look down on you for being a rookie, however, “lack of experience” is not an excuse for not trying hard and boldly. I have joined Customer Relations Department for one month, and no two days here are ever the same. Excitedly I am learning from my excellent co-workers across all departments while practicing those skill sets I have gained from graduate school in real business. Challenges are welcome and they push me grow faster. I am more than willing to be polished by RedStone, hoping one day I can help beautify it as well.
